Sittella Coffee Rock Shiraz 2021

This the last of these wines with the vineyard fruit now going elsewhere. This is a stylish and elegantly structured wine off 70-year-old vines. It has about 70% new American oak in here with the rest French. Has a vanilla essence and ripe fruit character, but it’s not overly extractive with a fine chalky tannins and fine oak combination working with the fruit. Traces of dried herbs and fine minerally characters.
