Sittella Berns Reserve Wilyabrup Buckshot Ridge cabernet sauvignon 2023

An exceptional wine from a great season in Margaret River. It was a slightly cooler year, which allowed the slow build-up of flavours that are captured perfectly in this wine. Aromas of blackcurrant and dark plum, with a little meaty complexity. The palate is pure and super-concentrated, with rich dark fruits, chocolatey notes and a cracked-shell minerality that adds that final balancing touch. Exceptional wine from an exceptional year.
