It's different take on pinot noir for Singlefile adopting a minimal intervention approach using Dijon clones off the home block in Denmark. Bursting with red fruit on the nose with deeper darker secrets behind. The palate has a smooth textured feel with supple fruit flavours balanced against a steel minerally thread. There's a slightly rustic gamey character which speaks pinot noir. Poised and perfectly integrated.
