Singlefile NV Great Southern chardonnay pinot noir sparkling

This is a most impressive sparkling wine from Singlefile. It's been blended over seven vintages from 2015 through to 2021, and the final mix is about 84% chardonnay with the remainder pinot noir. It spent four years on lees, and that influence is clearly evident on the nose, which shows a rich honey and cashew combination, yet still with a bright citrus character. The palate is vibrant and lively with nutty, citrusy flavours, fine crisp acidity, and a very long finish. A terrific example of a West Australian sparkling wine.
