Singlefile Great Southern tempranillo 2025

The aim in this medium-bodied wine seems to have been to preserve the supple, juicy fruit characters that are part of the varietal DNA, so there has been no new oak influence. The colour is a deep purply crimson. The nose shows an earthy, slightly savoury red fruit character, and the palate is silky smooth, supple, and juicy, with loads of red fruits and a slightly leafy, spicy lift. There's a slightly dusty character that complements the sweet fruits.
