Singlefile Great Southern chardonnay 2025

Boy, you're getting a decent chardonnay for this price with this wine. Immediately on the nose, the complexity is evident, with subtle, savoury, almost smoky bacon character, a little roasted cashew and some light toastiness with a butterscotch nuance. The palate is creamy, with light stone fruit and a cane-lifting acidity. This really is quite a beautifully balanced and presented chardonnay.
