Such a beautiful example of the quality of cabernet from the long, cool 2023 vintage in Margaret River. This is elegant, refined and stylish, with blackcurrant, dark cherry and slightly blue fruit notes on the nose. Seamless integration is a feature of the palate, with fine tannins and fine-grained oak cradling the beautiful fruit. Elegant yet structured, with the potential for medium-term cellaring, although it is drinking so well now.
