Another variety that excels in the Swan Valley, sourced from old, dry-grown vines. Open fermentation with wild yeasts and whole-bunch inclusion add dimension before maturation in French oak. Medium-bodied and brightly floral with raspberry and rose petal notes. The palate is beautifully integrated, supported by fine chalky tannins and understated oak. A superb expression of Swan Valley grenache.
