Rockcliffe Single Site Limited Release Riesling 2022

This is a slightly different take on this variety, certainly from the usual Australian approach. It’s had a small amount barrel fermentation which adds to it texturally and aromatically, creating a complex wine. On the nose more stone fruit characters emerge, and then the palate retains its taut acidity but with a slightly richer texture of fruit. It’s a nice wine.
