Robert Oatley Signature Series chardonnay 2025

The Margaret River chardonnay from 2025 is very good. Plenty of flavour, plenty of intensity, but also with a degree of restraint. On the nose, a peach and nectarine mix with a little lemon pith, and then a palate that is crunchy and crisp with a lively, zingy acidity giving it a linear focus but not compromising the richness of the flavours. It's an excellent wine, ideal for drinking in the short to medium term.
