The aim with this wine is to produce a chilled red style. It's bright, lively and youthfully presented, offering stacks of medium-bodied fruit. Beautiful aromas of cherry and raspberry lead into a supple palate, supported by a core of fine tannins and a little sustaining acidity. It receives just a smidgeon of oak, but mainly it's about preserving the fruit for early drinking.
