Peccavi Chardonnay 2023

A beautiful season to capture the power and richness of the Gingin clone from this excellent vineyard. Lovely stone fruit aromas of peaches and cream, with a little nectarine and lightly cut lime. The palate, though, is where this wine really kicks in. It's powerful and long, with great intensity. A stone fruit, cereal-like combination, a citrus lift, a touch of minerality, and a little quince paste. It's a compelling mix. Takes the '22 vintage up a notch.
