Nicole Oatley Wines Chenin Blanc 2025

Another cracking wine under this relatively new label. Fruit is sourced out of the Swan Valley, and that makes absolute sense. It was a warm season that's translated into wine of intensity and texture, but with that typical chenin blanc lift of acidity to elevate it. It's creamy and rich and thoroughly delicious on the palate, with a light tropical cashew combo working seamlessly. A gentle squeeze of lemon on the finish adds that final touch. Excellent wine.
