Marq Gamay 2023

A highly fragrant and quite pretty expression of this famous Beaujolais variety that makes a range of styles. This is light to medium bodied with supple red fruit characters, but it has structure and poise. Brilliant crimson light red colour, then an aroma that is all strawberry and cherry with a sprinkle of lifted spices. The palate has a nice thread of chalky tannins to keep it honest.
