Mandoon Old Vine shiraz 2023

The colour is quite extraordinary. It's the deepest of deep, dark black-red, almost impenetrable. But the nose is pure exoticism, with liqueur-like cherry, dark plum and a little prune-juice richness. Soft, generous, incredibly supple and plush. This is a sumptuous shiraz, which comes from some very old vines. Balance is impeccable, seamlessly integrated, with everything where it should be. First-rate wine.
