Lange Estate Providence Road Riesling 2023

Opens with a lime and lemon intensity on the nose. There’s a little of that chalky slaty tension in there. It has a suggestion of fruit sweetness, but it is effectively dry. Fine linear palate with a sustained finish. Comes off vines planted in 1997. There’s a hint of lemon rind in there as well. Excellent balance with a degree of palate precision completing a very good wine.
