Has a portion of handpicked and machine-picked and 5% on skins without plunging, with some treated oxidatively, some fermented in egg, and some in tank and foudre. It’s a leaner style with freshness and vibrancy. Has good weight and texture with a spice and lively freshness. Has a good texture and treads the line between the South African and Australian styles. An interesting alternative. Has a slightly leafy menthol character that lifts on the nose.
