L.A.S. Vino Albino Pinot rosé 2025

Quite simply one of the finest rosés produced in WA from this vintage. It’s an incredibly complex wine that reflects clever and astute winemaking. It’s a blend of 90% pinot noir with the remainder chardonnay, made using a combination of yeasts, some barrel fermentation, and fermentation in clay and oak. It’s a wine loaded with character and poise, displaying beautiful floral and red berry aromatics, remarkable freshness, and a palate that is pure joy. Thoroughly engaging, clever, and above all, an outstanding example of modern Australian rosé.
