The Swan valley was one of the better regions for this cooler vintage and ideally suited to grenache. Perfumed red fruits of raspberry and rose petal on the nose with an earthy nuance. The palate is soft and warm with a smooth interaction of oak and tannin allowing the fruit to express its virtues perfectly. Lovely smooth mouth feel.
