This is a tremendously exciting sparkling wine from Margaret River that has now benefited from age, yet still retains its vibrancy and energy. The extra bottle age has added another layer of complexity and intrigue, initially on the nose and then into the palate. Spicy stone fruit and lightly yeasty notes provide a compelling aromatic opening, while the palate delivers textured honeycomb and stone-fruit richness, held with fine, precise acidity and focus through to a brilliantly long finish. A tremendously exciting example of what this region can produce.
