Hay Shed Hill pinot noir rosé 2026

Pale onion-blush colour, suggesting immediately a modern style of Australian rosé. The pinot was whole-bunch pressed, with only the lightest-coloured juice kept to produce a highly fragrant and aromatic, dry, savory style of rosé. It's fine, with nice texture held by a fine acidity that extends through to a sustained finish. A nice current-drinking rosé.
