Flametree SRS Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Cliff Royle grabs the fruit from the cooler climate at Karridale. The result is a wine that retains its fresh linear characteristics but then with further winemaking influence through wild fermentation in oak and tank it strikes at another level of complexity. The aromas have a distinctive light stone fruit, lychee and citrus character. Beautifully weighted palate with texture and excellent fruit concentration.
