Fermoy Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2024

A neatly balanced light boded blend of these two varieties that sit so harmoniously together. The notes of lime and subtle red apple with light passionfruit emerge on the nose. The palate picks them up and adds a nice crunchy acidity to sustain a long finish. This is such good current drinking.
