Dream Bird Goodie Goodie vermentino 2025

The vermentinos from Dream Bird have been impressive and it's little wonder that this is one of the best from this excellent season. I particularly like the slightly textural feel which has come from a little time on skins and then fermentation with wild yeast in some puncheons with further stirring of the lees. So you still get that fine delicate thread of vermentino with a slightly sea spray character but there is just that little palate richness which gives it so much more.
