Domaine Naturaliste Sauvage Sauvignon Blanc 2022

This distinctive wine has been a favourite of mine for some years. This one shows a little less overt oak and consequently is a more balanced wine. The lemony oak and lightly tropical fruit have an infusion of lemon zest to lift with a little of that fresh lychee character adding further complexity. It's a beautiful wine with cellaring potential.
