Della Fay Semillon 2023

This is a really zingy semillon positively bursting with intensity and spritely lemon zest-infused fruit. Displays a light, grassy edge to the intense lemon tropical notes. Refreshing and mouthwatering palate lifted with a flick of natural acidity. An extra year in the bottle has allowed this pick up a little more texture, and it's drinking mighty well now.
