Della Fay Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Like so many of the Margaret River cabernets from ’19, this one is just starting to wake up and reveal its qualities. It is pure cabernet with those classic notes of blackcurrant and bay leaf with a little black olive tapenade. The palate is so neatly integrated with fine-grained oak and a fine acidity in support. Classic and poised with capacity to age.
