Deep Woods Estate Rosé 2026

Over the years, this rosé has consistently been among my five best each year. It’s got the palest of onion blush and copper-toned colour. Then the nose is thoroughly delightful, with lifted strawberry notes. The palate is obviously light-bodied, but it’s textural, with a vibrant lift sustained by a pure acidity.
