A distinctly fruit-driven chardonnay but one with a little winemaking influence to introduce a subtle complexity. Melony stone fruit on the nose with a palate that has a creamy richness. It's had six months on lees after wild yeast fermentation and this has introduced a rich textural feel. Ideal wine for the next few years
