Coughlan Estate Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

An elegantly structured and quite precise cabernet capturing the beautiful characters of cabernet in a cooler vintage. Spicy blackcurrant with a little sage bush on the nose. The medium-bodied palate shows a graphite and cracked seas shell minerality with a plush sweet fruit lift. The tannins are chalky and fine while the oak well managed.
