Shines as brightly as any of the stars in Margaret River’s galaxy of great chardonnay. A supremely balanced and precise chardonnay with a succulent natural acidity despite having been through 100% malo. It’s one of the most sophisticated and complex of any Heytesbury to date. Deep mix of cashew and mealy grapefruit with a slightly savoury finish competing the palate. Wonderful mouthfeel which has mid-palate texture and weight yet finishes with a keen edginess that drives it to a sustained finish. More weight than previous Heytesburys but retains its linear palate.
