Probably the best wine Clandestine Vineyards have released. It's a blend of cabernet and malbec from Margaret River and Frankland River. The striking feature is how well the red fruits of the malbec have merged with the dark fruits of the cabernet in such a seamless and almost velvety fashion. There's a chalky tannin and well-managed oak influence that hits the spot. A wine of sophistication and poise with deep fruit intensity.
