Clairault Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Very good wine from this excellent small, concentrated vintage sourced from fruit off some of the oldest vines on the estate. There is tremendous concentration here with the leafy black fruit, chalky oyster shell edge and subtle graphite character in control. The palate is firmly structured, yet it is effortlessly elegant and stylish. A poised and impressive wine from this vintage.
