Clairault cabernet sauvignon 2021

A medium-bodied cabernet from this slightly cooler vintage. It’s a most elegant and almost statuesque wine with its body of blackcurrant and bay leaf, with a little oyster shell minerally graphite evident. Supremely balanced and poised palate is held tight and controlled, but there is ample flesh and fruit concentration.
