Cherubino Margaret River cabernet sauvignon 2023

The richness and power of Margaret River in this vintage are well to the fore. The fruit comes from the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River, and it’s just loaded with all that you expect from the blackcurrant, dark olive, subtle bay leaf and plum notes on the nose. And then the palate is so rich, with a degree of opulence, but it’s held with control thanks to the fine, firmish tannins and the tight-grained new and one-year-old oak. Perfectly balanced and poised.
