The colour is the palest copper tone, which comes from this variety. It’s from Pemberton and is brimming with lovely apple, pear and citrus notes on the nose, leading into a palate that is keen, crisp and quite refreshing. While it’s crunchy and lively, there’s also a nice textural feel that brings added complexity to the wine. It’s a nice current-drinking wine.
