A bracing, tense, and crunchy riesling sourced from three sub-regions within the Great Southern. Distinctive citrus and minerality on the nose with a slightly slatey, spicy character. The palate carries plenty of intensity with a citrusy, lemony, meringue-like flavour combo. And that slightly wet slatey minerality adding definition. Intense, long, and a wine with some cellaring potential.
