Capel Vale Regional Series Chardonnay 2022

A refined and beautifully elegant chardonnay sourced from Margaret River. It's wild yeast fermented with regular lees stirring building texture into the medium-weight palate. Spicy lemony characters emerge from the nose and surge into the palate. A little orange zest adds further to a tidy young wine best in the shorter term.
