Cape Domaine cabernet sauvignon 2024

A bold and opulent statement of cabernet from Margaret River in this warmer season. A burst of black fruits with dark plum, some dark chocolate and a subtle, cutting oyster-shell minerality combine on the nose. The palate is plush but firmly structured, as you would expect with cabernet, with those firmish tannins and well-managed oak playing pivotal roles. Lots of dark fruit flavours carry seamlessly and effortlessly through to a long finish. An expressive wine that is ideal for medium-term cellaring.
