Here’s a punchy sauvignon blanc that delivers plenty. On the nose, you get a real hit of apple and tropical fruits, with, of course, a fairly typical citrusy character. Then the palate has surprising texture but retains a crunchiness thanks to that lively acid and slight chalkiness. Racy, long and an excellent current-drinking wine.
