Firm, structured and typically cabernet. This is from a warm year and typically shows deep concentration, with dark colour, powerful aromas and an intense palate. Has a leafy blackcurrant, lightly plummy combination on the nose. Then a palate that is firmly structured, with more of that blackcurrant-cherry combination working, supported by a firm thread of tannin and some lightly toasty oak.
