Ashbrook Estate chardonnay 2025

A generous and intense chardonnay from this excellent season for white wines. It does show the results of the warmer vintage, but it still retains a tight, structured feel that gives it tremendous definition. Nutty, creamy stone-fruit notes on the nose capture the variety, while the palate has generous flavours, tightened with a little twist of lemon and fine, precise acidity that retains its tension.
