Aravina Estate Limited Release grenache rosé 2025

The palest of pale onion-skin copper tones. This rosé has been tweaked slightly to create something special. After hand harvesting and whole-bunch pressing, which gives it structure, it went into old French oak puncheons for fermentation and a further three months’ maturation. This adds both texture and aromatic complexity. Aromas of orange skin and cumquat with a light red apple nuance. The palate retains its crisp, fine, linear feel, while a textural component adds another dimension. Excellent current-drinking rosé with fine, lifted acidity on the finish.
