The 2025 vintage produced many beautifully fragrant and elegant wines, and this is an excellent example. Violet, cherry and strawberry aromas immediately identify the variety, while a faint mushroom complexity adds interest. The palate has lovely pinot fleshiness, balanced by vibrant acidity and well-integrated oak. It finishes dry, savoury and beautifully composed.
