3 Drops cabernets 2022

This is a blend of cabernet sauvignon and the highly aromatic cabernet franc. On the nose, you get deep, plummy blackberry aromas with a slight hint of chalk dust. The palate is quite soft and supple, with a deep, plummy blackcurrant flavour. This is a wine of substance and poise, and ultimately, the smooth, seamlessly integrated palate is a feature as it drives through to a very long finish. A pretty smart wine.
