In this case, the sauvignon blanc was sourced out of Karridale, well to the south of Margaret River, and was wild fermented in French barriques with lees stirring and 10 months of maturation. Riesling

This is a real crunchy, lively, fruity riesling sourced out of Frankland River in this warm year. The nose displays a slightly bath salty sherbet like character with liberal spices and lemony notes. The palate is zingy with a minerally edge and plenty of citrus notes. Drinking quite beautifully now, but as you would expect, it has cellaring potential.

Immediately strikes as a wine of richness and intense concentration. The nose reveals a spicy lemon curd and lightly roasted cashew character, while the palate shows the influence of lees stirring. It's rich with stone fruit and plush creamy flavours edged with a crisp acid and fine light oak. The finish has that trace of oyster shell minerality.
