Las Vino Wildberry Springs Chardonnay 2022

A lot of things happening in the making of this super chardonnay. Initially fermented in a mix of quartz amphorae, which provides some complex influences on the fruit. Then about 20% was fermented in new oak. There is a lancing minerally pristine character here with the intricate weave of stone fruit, lime and a tickle of flint. But you go back in and find even more with the depth and intensity of the palate remarkable.
