Now this is quite an interesting take on traditional Aussie rieslings. After hand-picking and whole bunch pressing it was partially barrel fermented. After that, there was little intervention, and the result is a pure expression of variety and vineyard. With a textured, flavoursome palate retaining its linear focus. Distinct lemon pitch aromas lift.
