Continues the generous style that has been part of the Cape Grace DNA. It's wild fermented and gets about 40% new oak which this season needed to strike the right balance. Nectarine and edgier cumquat emerge over aromas of quince paste and crème brulee on the nose. The palate is layered and textured with great depth of flavour that carries to a very long finish.
