Ashbrook has been one of the Margaret River champions of this variety from the get-go. It’s a variety I love, especially as an early drinking wine when it’s at its vibrant best. Once again the tropical fruit is evident with a creamy nutty character and that distinct hint of egg cartons. Like this over the next couple of years.
